How tasks are counted

  • A task is one finished job, like a donor thank-you batch, a board report or a grant draft.
  • Questions to Phil are not tasks. Ask as many as you like.
  • After the 15 included on Plus, each extra task is $1.25.
  • A large task, like a full grant application, counts as 4 and says so before it runs.
  • A task that fails or is blocked never counts.
  • Extra tasks stop at a monthly limit you set, so there are no surprises.
